HIL Ltd has informed BSE that as per HIL Limited-Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (Sr. Manager and above), including Directors, all finance personnel involved in finalization of accounts and such other employees of the Company who is in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information, irrespective of their designation, from April 16, 2014 till 5 days from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>All designated employees have been informed not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
