| Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2016 to consider and approve; inter-alia, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>As per Clause 5 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading in securities by Insiders, the trading window will remain closed for specified persons covered under the Code from January 14, 2016 to January 24, 2016 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above announcements. The trading window will reopen on January 25, 2016. | |
