| Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Annual Audited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 and also consider the proposal of dividend on cumulative redeemable preference shares w.e.f. July 01, 2011 to March 31, 2014 for the approval of shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>As per Clause 2 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code from April 23, 2014 to April 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above announcements. The trading window will reopen on May 02, 2014. | |
