| Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>As per Clause 2 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company, the trading window will remain closed from January 10, 2014 to January 17, 2014 (both days Inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2013. The trading window will reopen on January 20, 2014. | |
