Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 17, 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions: <BR><BR>1. Approved the re-appointment of Shri. Mahendra Nahata as a Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2015 for 3 (three) years subject to approval of shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Shri Baldev Singh Kashtwal, Practicing Company Secretary, to scrutinize e-Voting process / Poll in a fair and transparent manner.
