With reference to the earlier letter dated October 26, 2015 regarding Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015, Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has now informed BSE that few typographical errors have occurred in the said financial results.<BR><BR>The figures of "Public Shareholding" appearing in the second last column may kindly be read as 758,252,980 instead of 756,452,980 and "percentage of shareholding" may be read as 61.18 instead of 61.03. The "Percentage of shares (as a % of the total shareholding of promoter and prompter group)" in the second last column may kindly be read as 50.04 instead of 50.24. Revised Un-audited Financial Results for September 30, 2015 are enclosed herewith.
