Dear Sir, Re: Intimation with respect to allotment of Secured, Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures(NCD's) We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Debentures Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, 28th March, 2017 inter-alia to consider and approve the allotment of 10.30%, 29,49,750 Secured Unlisted Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the Company of Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred Only) each aggregating to Rs.29,49,75,000/-(Rupees Twenty Nine Crore Forty Nine Lakh Seventy Five Thousand only) on private placement basis by way of conversion of outstanding right of recompense amount payable to the banks.
