Appointed Mr. Chandra Shekhar Sarda as Additional Director of the Company to act as Independent Director; and<br/><br/>2. Appointed Mr. Hanuman Mal Choraria as Additional Director of the Company to act as Independent Director; and<br/><br/>3. Approved and taken on record resignation of Mr. Sushil Kumar Saraf as Independent Director of the Company with effect from July 15, 2014. | |
