Himalaya Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading window is closed with immediate effect on November 05, 2014 and will be reopened on November 15, 2014 after expiry of 24 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on November 14, 2014.
