Himalaya Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Trading Window is closed with immediate effect on January 28, 2016 and will be reopened on February 14, 2016 after expiry of 48 hours of submission the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on February 12, 2016.
