The Scrutinizer Shri Ravi Bhushan Kumar appointed by Hon`ble National Company Law Tribunal Principle Bench New Delhi has submitted the report that the shareholders of the Company at the special meeting called on 28th April 2017 under the NCLT order dated 14th March 2017 for the Demerger proposal to split Himalya International into three entities.
