Himalya International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2014, to consider the followings:<br/><br/>1. To consider un-audited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Plan to resolve all JV issues under Dispute Resolution Process and recovery of losses from HSPL and Simplot India.<br/><br/>3. Banks approval for the Restructure of Term loans and steps taken to stabilise the operations and revival of growth Targets.<br/><br/>4. Issue of 2,047,074 equity shares on conversion of warrants.
