| We bring to your kind notice that the Board of Directors meeting will be held on 19th May 2017 at 05.00 P.M. at Company Registered Office At E-555 Sector -7, Dwarka, New Delhi to consider the followings:- 1. To consider audited financial results for the year ended 31.03.2017. 2. To discuss the status of Demerger process under NCLT. 3. To review all initiatives taken to kick start marketing of all products in the domestic markets. 4. To consider the proposal to set up Distribution Hubs & Quick Service Vans (QSV) as franchise models to serve all the products of the company direct to consumers pan India through exclusive Franchisee enterprises to be hand held by the company under standup India initiative of the Govt. of India. 5. To consider & approve expansion of Cold Chain to further enhance delivery of chilled & frozen products pan India. 6. To consider proposal for 2 MW Rooftop Solar power generation for captive use at Gujarat Plant. 7. Any other matter related to the company. | |
