Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 06, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.60 (One Rupee Sixty Paisa Only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
