Hind Rectifiers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have appointed Shri Vandan Shah as an Additional Director (Non-executive) with effect from January 15, 2017 subject to approval of members in general meeting.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors have appointed Smt. Akshada Nevatia as an Additional Director (Executive) with effect from January 15, 2017 subject to approval of members in general meeting.<BR><BR>A brief profile of Shri Vandan Shah and Smt. Aksha Nevatia is enclosed herewith.<BR><BR>Further the Company confirm that, Shri Vandan Shah is not related to any of the directors of the Company. Further Smt. Akshada Nevatia is related to Shri S. K. Nevatia, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
