| Hind Syntex Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2016, to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2015 along with Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors of the Company and other regulate item for discussion.<BR><BR>Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the Securities / Shares of the Company for all the designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 09, 2016 (both days inclusive) for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly, the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, Key Managerial Personnel and Other Connected Persons of the Company are requested not to deal / trade in securities/shares of the Company during aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. | |
