| The Exchange had sought clarification from Hindalco Industries Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Business Line on March 12, 2015 titled "Ex-PM Singh called to court in Coal case. KM Birla, Parakh, 2 Hindalco officials summoned as well"<BR> <BR>Hindalco Industries Ltd replied stating "Company vide its letter dated October 15, 2013 had submitted to the Stock Exchange its media release regarding the FIR filed by the CBI. <BR><BR>CBI, after completing its investigation in the matter, filed its Closure Report on August 28, 2014 and a revised Closure Report on October 21, 2014 before the Special Judge, New Delhi. <BR><BR>However, Special Judge, New Delhi has taken cognisance of the offence and passed the order.
