| Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the 'Stakeholders Relationship and Share Allotment Committee' of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 06, 2015 has allotted 6,079 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the eligible Optionees on exercise of the options granted to them pursuant to the Hinduja Global Solutions Limited Employees Stock Option Plan 2008 (ESOP 2008) and Hinduja Global Solutions Limited Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 (ESOP 2011), as under:<BR><BR>Name of the Plan : ESOP 2008<BR>No. of Shares : 3,000<BR><BR>Name of the Plan : ESOP 2011<BR>No. of Shares : 3,079<BR><BR>Total : 6,079<BR><BR>In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 20,72,56,520/- consisting 2,07,25,652 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. | |
