Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that on June 30, 2015 the Company has entered into definitive agreements with Mphasis Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary MsourcE India Private Limited ("Sellers") for acquisition of significant portion of their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business as a going concern on a slump sale basis for consideration of Rs. 17,00,00,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Crores only) ("Transaction"). The closing of the Transaction is subject to fulfilment of conditions stipulated in the agreements and regulatory approvals as may be required.<BR><BR>In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release dated June 30, 2015, titled "HGS to acquire significant part of Mphasis' India domestic BPM business".
