| Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 and to consider declaration of Third interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Company's Insider Trading Code, the 'Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from January 30, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
