Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from July 15, 2014 till the next day of ensuing Board Meeting to be held (before August 15, 2014), inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
