Hindustan Composites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend the payment of dividend for that year, if any.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from May 04, 2015 to May 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
