Hindustan Composites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following matters:<BR><BR>1. the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016;and<BR><BR>2. to recommend the payment of divided for that year, if any.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from April 28, 2016 to May 07, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
