Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Clause VII (b) of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2015 to January 29, 2015 for the purpose of declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>The Trading Window' shall reopen for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company from February 02, 2015.
