Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2015, has appointed Mr. Sangameshwar Iyer as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 31, 2015 in place of Mr. Vithal P. Kulkarni who would be retiring from the services of the Company.
