Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Clause VII (b) of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 01, 2015 for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ending on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The trading window shall re-open after 24 hours of the declaration of the Quarterly Results by the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
