Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting scheduled on 17.5.2017 will inter alia consider the proposal to recommend to raise capital by issue of fresh shares through Further Public Offer or Institutional Placement Programme or Qualified Institutional Placement or a combination of the routes, as per the extant guidelines, for seeking necessary approval of the Government of India.
