Hindustan Motors Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2014 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from October 29, 2014 to November 16, 2014 (both days inclusive).
