| With reference to the earlier letter dated September 17, 2014 regarding Closure of Trading Window, Hindustan Motors Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider Annexure to the Cost Audit Report for the six month period ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from September 18, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive). | |
