Hindustan Motors Ltd has informed BSE that subsequent to the recommendation made by Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016 has appointed Ms. Sanu Agarwal as Company Secretary with effect from May 25, 2016.<BR><BR>The Board also appointed Ms. Sanu Agarwal, Company Secretary, as Compliance Officer in terms of Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
