Hindustan Motors Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all promoters/directors/designated persons and their immediate relatives from February 04, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
