Hindustan Motors Ltd has informed BSE that as required under Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has formulated a Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and the same has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution on May 14, 2015. A copy of the said Code is attached herewith.<BR><BR>The Company has also formulated Code for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by employees and other connected person as required under Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the same has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution on May 14, 2015.
