Intimation of Cut off for the purpose of Postal Ballot Notices to the Shareholders to pass Resolutions from 30-03-2017 to 26-04-2017 In compliance with Regulations 29 (d) Schedule III Part A of LODRRs of SEBI with the Stock Exchanges. Notice is hereby given that Wednesday, the 22nd March, 2017, has been fixed as Cut off Date for the purpose of Postal Ballot Notices to the Shareholders of the Company for the Postal Ballot / E-Voting from 30-03-2017 to 26-04-2017 for passing the 2 Resolutions as per the Postal Ballot Notice dated 17-03-2017 which will be filed with BSE shortly.
