Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2014, to:<br/><br/>1. take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the corresponding period and<br/><br/>2. consider the proposal for payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2015.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Clause 5 of the Share Dealing Code of the Company, Trading Window to deal in Company shares is closed for Special Employees from October 01, 2014 to October 28, 2014 (Both days inclusive).
