Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 14, 2015, inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period and<BR><BR>2. consider the proposal for payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Clause 5 of the Share Dealing Code of the Company, Trading Window to deal in Company shares is closed for Special Employees from October 01, 2015 to October 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
