Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 9.00 for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 on Equity Shares of Re. 1/ each.<BR><BR>The Company has earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs. 6.00 per share on November 14, 2014. The total dividend for the said period amounts to Rs.15 per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each. The final dividend, subject to the approval of shareholders, will be paid to the shareholders on or after July 03, 2015.
