Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Un-audited Financial Results with Limited Review of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Pursuant to the above, as per companys insider trading prohibition policy 2015, Company had closed the trading window for the insiders covered under the policy w.e.f. January 06, 2016 and the same would remain closed upto January 20, 2016.
