Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 19, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Un-audited Financial Results with Limited Review of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) and to declare Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the above, as per companys insider trading prohibition policy 2015, Company had closed the trading window for the insiders covered under the policy w.e.f. October 06, 2015 and the same would remain closed upto October 20, 2015.
