Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 20, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, and to recommend final dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Trading window closure :<BR><BR>The Company closed the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) regulations on April 06, 2015 and the trading window will open on April 22, 2015.
