Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Company closed the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) regulations on April 06, 2016 and the trading window will open on April 24, 2016.
