| Hindusthan National Glass and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Trading Window, as defined in the Companys Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from November 05, 2014 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Trading Window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company. | |
