| Hindusthan National Glass and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window, as defined in the Companys Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from August 04, 2014 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Trading Window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company. | |
