| Hipolin Ltd has informed BSE that the following three Additional Directors have been appointed and the same have been approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on February 13, 2015. Appointments have come into force with effect from the said date of the Board Meeting. Further the Company has informed that, one of the three appointed Additional Directors namely, Bharat J.
