Hisar Metal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and recommend dividend for the financial year 2013-14 and to approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider trading of the Company the trading window will remain close from August 04, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days inclusive).
