Honda Siel Power Products Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Shinya Inamura, Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Directorship of the Company due his pre-occupation with some other long term assignments, w.e.f. February 01, 2016.<BR><BR>Accordingly, Mr. Inamura ceased to be the director of the Company with effect from February 01, 2016.
