| Honeywell Automation India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Anant Maheshwari, Managing Director, HAIL, has accepted a new position in Honeywell as President, Honeywell India, and will be based in Gurgaon. Anant succeeds Jim Bujold in this role.<br/><br/>Pursuant to this new position, he is resigning from the post of Managing Director, HAIL with effect from December 31, 2013. He will, however, continue to remain on the Board of HAIL as a Director.<br/><br/>The Directors have passed a resolution appointing Mr. Vikas Chadha as an Additional Director with effect from November 11, 2013, to be designated as the Managing Director, HAIL, with effect from January 01, 2014, subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders in its forthcoming Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>Additionally, Mr. Jim Bujold has resigned as a Director of HAIL with effect from November 11, 2013 as he moves to a new role as President, Southeast Asia, Honeywell. | |
