Honeywell Automation India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2016, has recommended final dividend @ Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled on August 10, 2016. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting will be paid on August 19, 2016.
