The Exchange had sought clarification from Hotel Leelaventure Ltd with respect to news appearing in Financial Chronicle on December 23, 2015 titled "Leela group expands in NCR."<BR><BR>Hotel Leelaventure Ltd replied that the intimation of the contract for operating The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi with 480 rooms from December, 2015 (copy attached) has been submitted on November 06, 2015.<BR><BR>The said news item refers to the above hotel, which is being operated by the Company under a management contract.
