With reference to the news article appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Leela may have Found a New Roomie in KKR", Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company is in discussion with various investors and lenders, for raising funds to meet debt servicing obligations. However, the Company has not entered into any agreement with any of them.<br/><br/>The Company and its senior management continue to evaluate proposals and will make announcement to the Stock Exchanges at an appropriate time.
