HOTEL LEELAVENTURE LTD. - Completion of sale of The Leela Hotel, Goa

With reference to the earlier letter dated September 19, 2015 regarding the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 19, 2015, had approved, subject to certain conditions, including the approval of its shareholders, the sale of the entire undertaking of the Company pertaining to the hotel in Goa, namely "The Leela, Goa", Mobor, Goa, on a slump sale basis, for a lump sum consideration of Rs. 725 crores to Ceres Hotels Private Limited, by way of business transfer agreement.<BR><BR>Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has now informed BSE that the aforesaid sale has been completed on December 14, 2015.<BR><BR>The shareholding of the Company shall remain unaffected pursuant to the aforesaid sale.
